Submission to the 2025 One-Page RPG Jam

YOU ARE HIGHLY TRAINED OPERATORS FOR THE MERCENARY GROUP WOLFHOUND. Your mission is to work for the highest bidder, doing wet work that official government forces do not have the skill nor stomach for. Paid in gold bars and known only by code-names, you fight for gold, ideology, or simply to live another day. One player is the Dispatcher, who sends the others on missions and adjudicates the game world.

Inspired by games like Metal Gear Solid, Rainbow Six Siege, and F.I.S.T, ESPIONAGE // ACTION is a hack of John Harper's Lasers and Feelings. Licensed under CC-BY-SA 4.

Under "Rolling the Dice" it shows the arrows.  The second arrow is pointing UP but the instructions there state "If you are using ACTION you want to roll under your number"  I think this is supposed to say roll  over  your number.

The instructions on the down arrow say that you roll under your number so I am assuming the Up arrow is supposed to say roll over.

Also, I found a misspelled word in the Running the Game section at the bottom.  the sentence is "Before danger befalls the characters, show signs that it's about to happen, then as them what they do."  I think this should read "...then ask them what they do".

Just some friendly editing help, no offense meant.  I like this concept.  I might like to try this game with my friends when we go on our annual backpacking trip.  Super simple and light-weight. ( We  usually play Shadowdark at home )

Thank you for those grammar catches! No matter how many times you review it, something slips through...I fixed both errors and reuploaded the PDF. I am glad the concept catches your eye, I love one page RPGs for backpacking trips myself because I can tuck everything into an out of the way pocket. Enjoy!

Nice!  As I said before, no offense intended, just thought it might confuse some people and I happened to notice it.  I know if it was mine, I'd want someone to point it out so I could fix it.  Cool little game here
